Bachelor's degree or higher (ISCED 2011 Level 6 or higher) in I&E
disciplines.
Experience with PLC and SCADA systems: SEL IED and controllers / Zenon
HMI / Honeywell EPKS.
Relevant experience supporting Automation Electrical System, not less
than 5 years.
Russian, English - level 3 or higher.

Coordinate AES works with PowOps and FGP C&P, including preparation of
presentations, organization of meetings, PTW and OLM documentations.
Maintain interfaces with BB Maintenance and FE organizations.
Develop and validate of ECS / SRC / FLS System cutover and integraiton
procedures.
Develop and ensure there are mitigation plans provided for evry changes
in BB AES.
Support development and validation of ECS / SRC / FLS System
maintenance procedures.
Support Automation document handover (CMS) - identify required
documents/formats.
Support and wihness pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up
activities which include loop checks and functional testing.
Support and witness installation and SAT of ECS / SRC / FLS equipment.
Carry on AES MOC FRs, represent BB Automation in review of ECS / SRC /
FLS Project MOC changes.
Identify and coordinate trainigs for ECS / SRC / FLS that are new to TCO.
Perform maintenance for equipment following handover.
Support for troubleshooting, quickly recovering from and documenting
any system failures.
Participate in RCA investigations.
Ensure ECS / SRC / FLS Control System systems comply with TCO Policy IP
requirements.
Collect and provide to BB IP Coordinator all licenses, backups and
inventories
prior to handover and to ensure backups are performed for systems
previously handed over.
Support development of OPS Automation Project Operations Plan (POP)
deliverables.
