In charge of the execution of customer contracts. The contracts cover the specification, implementation and maintenance of our software solutions for the management of electrical networks.
The proposed position is directly attached to the project manager for a client in Belgium. The project has a very strong software production component, with several consecutive phases of validation of the specifications with the customer and then development and delivery to the customer, all in compliance with a schedule and performance level defined in the contract.
ensure the implementation of the overall production plan, the synthesis and the regular analysis of the progress and the associated reporting
§ Coordination between the various business managers contributing to the project (and which are located on several sites GE international) and the project team to establish the planning and the associated budget
§ Follow-up and review of the planning at the end to understand and anticipate the drift
§ Establishment of the load plan, identification of risks
§ Analysis of the individual schedules of the managers professions, optimization proposals and inconsistencies
§ Global planning follow-up, physical progress update and action plan proposals
§ Implementation of performance indicators and regular monitoring, for internal management and the client.
§ Support to the project manager for any questions concerning the progress of the project
§ Regular reviews of the schedule with the client and participation in customer meetings (Steering Committee)
- Engineer training. Specialized preferably in software systems.
- Min 7 yrs, Demonstrated experience in project management type production software
- Practical methods SCRUM Agile.
- knowledge of project planning. MS Project at minimum
- Ms Office (Power Point)
- English and French current level
- Very good external and internal communication
- Available to travel in Belgium regularly, 2-3 days a week
