• Security Ops Lead - Aktau

• Assist the TCO Security FGP Ops Supt and TCO Security Manager to coordinate and manage security support to FGP/WPMP on all FGP/WPMP sites of Project operations and influence in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city.

Report to: Security FGP/WPMP Ops Superintendent

• Be the Leader in safety and environmental performance
• Contribute to the systematic management of safety, health, environmental, reliability and efficiency to achieve world-class performance which is in support of TCO Operational Excellence strategy
• Participate in Behavior Based Safety program (BBS)

Must know:

• Regulation and requirements of acting statutory acts (laws, rules, regulations, instructions, standards and technical requirements) of RoK in activity performed
• Site Security Plans, process and actions applicable for emergency situations
• Strategies and programs on criminal activity prevention
• Assessment Methodology of risk levels, threats and vulnerabilities
• Training methods on security of facilities of critical importance

Job duties:

• Assist the TCO Security FGP Ops Supt and TCO Security Manager to coordinate and manage security support to FGP/WPMP on all FGP/WPMP sites of Project operations and influence in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city.

Implement the TCO Security Management Plan and Facility Security Plans specific to FGP/WPMP - inclusive of facilities in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city in accordance with the TCO OE1 Process guidelines.

• Represent One TCO Security organization on FGP/WPMP construction, fabrication, CaTRo managements levels and collaborate with Project and Base Business leaders in Mangistau region concerning security on FGP/WPMP sites of operations and influence as directed by TCO Security FGP Ops Supt and TCO Security Manager. Be able to provide security advice and guidance for successful security service delivery, ensure coordination, liaison and communication of the One TCO Security function with FGP/WPMP projects managers, facility managers and other key stakeholders on all Project levels in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city., in order to meet project objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop a security team to protect FGP/WPMP personnel from harm and its assets from damage or loss. Assets include physical and real property such as inventories, equipment and operational facilities; and intangible property, such as TCO's sensitive and proprietary information.
• Be responsible to the TCO Security FGP Ops Supt and TCO Security Manager and ensure coordination with other SME's to develop integrated security systems (physical, technical and procedural), which can support access control, badge registration, communication, command and control systems in FGP/WPMP operational areas and sites of influence where applicable.
• Lead, monitor, report and document the performance of reported personnel (contract security employees) working at FGP/WPMP facilities; and coordinate efforts with other leaders within the One TCO Security Team to ensure adequate OE1 performance and provide additional awareness and training as required. Be a role model in cost discipline.
• Support and promote compliance with TCO Gen Policy 02.00, security best practices, security awareness and vigilance of all personnel working at FGP/WPMP facilities directly and through assigned personnel on various Project levels of leadership in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city. Provide orientation and training if necessary.
• Lead and assist TCO Contract sponsors in maintaining of quality control and assurance of Contractor's security requirements in compliance with respective contract Exhibits.
• Assist the TCO Security FGP Ops Supt to develop security vulnerability assessments, statements of operational requirements, security-related evacuation, contingency and crisis management plans and other OE1 deliverables pertaining to FGP/WPMP facilities in Mangistau region incl. Aktau city.
