Talascend is currently seeking an Agriculture Director- Controlled Environment Farming In UAE.

About My client.

An international agriculture farming company with operations in Europe, Africa, and Middle East

Main responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive leadership, direction to design and implement plans, policies, and strategies for the effective, systematic, and integrated functioning of the entire operations (Farm production, Technical Affairs, supply chain, QA&QC)

Manage day to day operation for the crop production activities in a cost-effective manner to ensure that crops are produced and prepared for delivery as per required specifications in terms of quality, quantity and according to agreed plan

Required experience and Qualification:

Must have minimum 5 Years of Senior level operations management experience in Agricultural Farming business.

Should be familiar with the latest techniques to be used in the Vertical Farming industry.

Experienced in managing- Large operations in Greenhouse, Net-house, Hydroponics farming would be added advantage.

Should be qualified with minimum bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.

Must have excellent communication in English
