Asset Validation Manager

Rail Project - ASAP Start

Our client is looking for an Asset Validation Manager to join their team on a contract basis. Ideally they are looking for a Multi-Disciplined Enginer with a Degree in Building Services OR 10 years+ experience in relevant positions.

Essential

Competent in reading and reviewing Mechanical / Electrical / Public Health & Architectural Drawings.
Capable To Complete red line drawings for above disciplines
Have a full understanding at component level of all MEPA & Fire Systems within a commercial environment.
Knowledge of requirements of PAS5/NRM3/ ISO55000 would be beneficial.

The successful candidate will ideally also be a Member of CIBSE/Engineering Council such as Rics, IAM.
