Talascend is currently seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for its Aerospace client in UAE.
Main Responsibility
To develop, lead and direct the implementation of company business strategies, objectives and plans focusing on Air Navigation Services operations, Finance, Administration, Human Capital and other major functional areas and align them with the overall business strategies and goals of the Group.
Qualification
Bachelor qualifications in business / management/MBA
Air Traffic Controller technical qualification from an internationally reputed Aviation organization
Technical qualifications in Air Navigation Services
Minimum Experience
Min 15 Years in Senior Management, 3years C-Level position in Aerospace or Airport management business.
Must have previous experince to manage company over 1000 employee.
