Responsibilities

Checking progress and maintaining up to date plans for Project Copper
Supporting development and implementation of communication and engagement strategy and plan
Supporting roll out of new decision making framework
Supporting implementation of new meeting structure
Supporting ongoing integration of Highways England team
Supporting detailed operating model design - e.g. with preparation and outputs from sessions
Setting up data capture, monitoring and presenting back success measures/metrics
Integration with ongoing cultural work
Supporting the capability development / talent programmes
To deliver parent company project governance requirements as required
To consider project legacy and in all decision making in the same way as cost, risk and time
To look for ways to encourage innovative thinking around how to improve legacy benefits
To hold health, safety and welfare (HSW) as a key project value and to participate in the creation, development and implementation of HSW strategies by the project leadership team

Essential Technical Skills

Understanding of transformational change skills and embedding change in organisations
