Successfully increase efficiency and productivity, whilst reducing costs and inefficiencies.
Define business strategies and communication plans, achieve goals and optimize business.
Business to business marketing, Trade and Full P&L responsibility

Years & Field of Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree with minimum 20 years' experience, at least 5 of them being in a function/organization leading position in the dairy industry. The successful candidate should possess effective communication skills with key stakeholders. A self-starter, he will have the ability to build and develop effective teams, develop supply chain & distribution channels where none exists, have resilience with the ability to adapt and manage/ drive rapid change. He must have a track record of demonstrated successes in leading successful dairy business with strong retail component

He must be a proactive, aggressive, multilingual manager with key areas of experience including but not limited to strategic growth leadership, marketing strategies, P&L deliverables and new product development
