This is Head of operation responsible for providing leadership, oversee and manages performance farms operations across companies portfolio in UAE. To manage and oversee farming staff production, Quality team including Farm Managers, agronomist etc.
Bachelor degree with a business focus, as well as education in Agriculture with minimum of 10 years' experience managing a large operation and being fully responsible for a business unit or entity, including the supervision and management of a team.
Develop and enhance production technics and practices to ensure the embracement of strategic plans and targets with our partner growers.
