Position Overview: Seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for a 12-month contract in Surrey, with potential for remote work. Manage oil & gas engineering projects, ensuring their success and contributing to industry growth.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage engineers, ensuring project success.
Oversee oil & gas projects from planning to completion.
Collaborate with teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery while meeting quality standards.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
Review and approve designs, technical documentation, and plans.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to align project goals.
Provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
Participate in project reviews and reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager in oil & gas.
Experience in delivery of pre FEED and FEED scopes.
Expereince of Saudi Aramco project delivery.
Experience in complex project delivery with strong experience in upstream disciplines.
Bachelor's degree in engineering; advanced degree a plus.
Strong oil & gas engineering background with project success.
Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and inspire teams.
Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with industry regulations and best practices.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
