Group ICT Director - UAE

Talascend is currently seeking UAE based ICT Director for a direct hire opportunity in UAE.

About My Client:

A group of company with over 10,000 employees globally.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• The Director of ICT Services is responsible to lead, direct and control the ICT Department in the Group.
• Ensure continuous operation and cost-efficiency of my client's systems, network, database architecture and data security, in order to achieve consistency and reliability of hardware, software, non-system tools, data archiving and offsite disaster recovery management.
• Provide high level ICT Business support to all Group business leaders in their day-to-day work to achieve strategic plans.
• Manage proper implementation, development, and continuous enhancement of the Group ERP solutions.

Personal Attributes / Position Skills:

• A Degree in Computer Science. Additionally, MBA is highly preferable
• The candidate should be familiar to implementation of ICT Strategy for large group organization.
• Should be familiar with CAPEX model ICT management.
• Should have minimum of 20 years of experience in Information technology with minimum 5 years in C- level assignment,
• Must Have previous experience working in UAE based Family business's IT management role.
• Must be familiarity with Different ERPs implementation for large industries.
• Should be familiar in Shared Service/Centralised concept and Change management etc..
• FMCG, Manufacturing/Production domain experience would be an added advantage.

• Must be based in UAE to attend face to face interviews.
• Excellent communication skills in English is required.
