Internal sCommunication Manager- Saudi Arabia

Talascend is currently seeking an Internal Communication Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Saudi Arabia.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Manages the development of the company's internal and external communication. Manage the development and implementation of Internal Communication and employee relationship activities. Works closely with the Design Team to develop communication content and manage the company's internal and external communications.

Personal Attributes / Position Skills:

Must be a bachelor's degree holder.

Should be a Saudi National with excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Communication/Internal communication.

Ability to manage and work with people of different cultures.

Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Should be good to keep in inter-personal relations.

Exceptional hands-on designing and editing skills.

Ability to take right decisions in line with companies' values and operate in ambiguity.

Must be a Saudi National willing to travel Across middle East and Europe.
