Lead / Senior Method Engineer, Rigid Pipeline Installation

x1 Lead Method Engineer - Rigid Pipelines 10+ or more years experience (12+ Months Contract)

x1 Senior Method Engineer Rigid pipelines 5-10 years experience) 6 - 12 Months Contract)

The scope incorporates the full installation process responsibility, from the procedure preparation up to the following of offshore operation. She/he is responsible to manage the delivering of fit for purpose rigid pipeline installation engineering on projects or tenders with specific focus on safe and cost effective installation operations, with the engineering team under his/her management.

Can be in charge of a team of installation engineers, dealing with different pipeline installation methods (S&J Lay or Reel Lay) for a whole project or tender.
Performs detailed feasibility studies and installation procedure, considering all associated risk and ensure that all safety rules are considered for various operations such as pipe laying, riser installation, pipeline structure in line installation.
Determines and optimises operations installation times, laying methods determination (S-Lay, J-Lay).
Ensure the respect of the planning
Interfaces with associated subsea related disciplines and understands the interfaces within a project environment.
Provides engineering support during operations with occasional periods offshore or on yard,
Ensures all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed
Plan / Support / Teach / Review engineers part of the team, in technical and management aspect
