1. Project Controls Manager - With Current Security Clearance - Duration Until End of Mar 2019 initially

An exciting opportunity to work in the Programme Management team on the Radioactive Waste Management Site (RWM) in Harwell, Oxford. We are looking for a Project Controls Manager with extensive work experience and knowledge of Project Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:
* Direct report to community engagement & site evaluations project manager * * Ensure that siting directorate projects are compliant with RWM's risk management framework * * Support risk and issue identification, assessment and management across projects within the siting directorate * * Manage the change management process for projects within the siting directorate * * Provide advice and support to project teams * * Carry out analysis of project metrics and identify issues/areas of concern to be resolved/escalated * * Develop monthly project reports for the RWM Programme Board and quarterly reports for NDA. SC Security Clearance required We will be looking for a minimum of 10 years' experience acting in a senior position to support the above capability. * Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with senior management - Skills to deliver engaging presentations to a diverse audience. Desirable * Experience of Nuclear sector activities * Formal PM Qualification such as APM APMP (IPMA Level D). * Highly organised and efficient, with excellent attention to detail. * Calm under pressure with strong prioritisation and problem solving skills.
