When product testing is finalized, products need to receive the final stamp from industry stakeholders. Without those approvals our products can't be sold. The Documentation Centre of Excellence (DCoE) team has a critical role to play in collecting all the data and preparing the appropriate documentation that can be used to submit our approvals. This role is critical to ensure that all our developed products can eventually be deployed in the market place.

  • Prioritize and develop the data set to support our claims and OEM approvals needs across clients Product Technology projects according to business priority
  • Create, maintain and ensure that training materials are updated where necessary
  • Conduct Product Deployment trainings for colleagues new to the function. Manage the organization of trainings across different regions with Expert Users
  • Track the performance metrics of the documentation delivery process and propose any changes required to improve the performance of the group as well as prioritise improvements to be made
  • Proactively streamline and embed new processes that enable the documentation process to be more efficient
  • Lead troubleshooting of the systems with the clients Product Technology colleagues and IT colleagues

What skills will you gain from this role?

  • You will develop your leadership skills such as setting and reviewing team member goals and addressing day to day challenges
  • You will gain knowledge about the clients technology tools used to process documentation / approvals
  • You will increase your exposure through cross functional collaboration with technology leaders, International Accounts, Product Development and Industrial Liaison's colleagues

  • Develop your skills in resource allocation and planning
  • You will broaden your understanding about technology processes and will gain some insight about how technology operates to develop and deploy products in the market place
  • You will gain a good overview about OEMs / industry approval process
  • Managing databases, setting up and maintaining Sharepoint sites and workflows
