Oil & Gas Materials Coordinator 28x28 Rotation at Tengiz

Expat Materials Coordinator required on a 28x28 rotation at Tengiz in Kazakhstan on the TCO FGP Project (Future Growth Project).
You must have at 10 years of experience in a materials management coordination role, project engineering experience is a big plus.
Coordinate with the engineering & procurement home offices in the UK and Atyrau, KZ to ensure timely delivery of key materials and associated manufacturer documentation required for clearing customs, warehouse acceptance clearance, and pick-up by construction contractors.
Facilitate the Gathering System valve testing program by coordinating with the Tengiz Valve Shop, FGP Warehouse, Contracts, Valve Vendor Representatives, Engineering, and Construction to meet timely, quality testing in a prioritized manner. Develop and issue weekly reports with key performance indicator metrics.
Facilitate team meetings and drive key actions to closure.
Lead "Special Projects" as they are assigned by the Gathering System Supply Chain Manager and/or Lead Project Engineer, examples could be improving the warehouse interface with the construction contractors, developing a process and program to repair and test large quantities (thousands) of items such as instruments and valves, or coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure material deliveries are aligned with the construction schedule.
Demonstrated experience with expediting critical materials and associated paperwork / documents through the supply chain including through the warehouse inventory check in and check out process.
Strong Excel database skills and ability to interrogate data for accuracy with attention to detail. Experience working with material management software and databases such as Matman is a big plus.
Be a team player with great relationship building skills in an international environment to influence others to drive towards a common goal, in most cases this will be with team members who don't report to this position, so influencing skills are key. Examples are working with construction, systems completion / commissioning, warehouse, engineering, and construction contractors to resolve material delivery issues impacting the construction schedule.
Professional Qualifications are needed to obtain a work permit and any employment offer is subject to passing a medical and obtaining a work permit.
Camp Accommodation is provided in Kazakhstan (probably shared with no guarantee of single accommodation) food, laundry, local transport within Kz and in-country medical cover. Flights are economy class. A USD day rate is on offer.
