Oil & Gas Sub Contracting Manager - Germany

Vetting of bidders and tender documents with the specialist departments
Conducting tenders, price comparisons and contract negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
Conclusion of subcontracting and supply contracts
Supervision of the contracts until completion of the trades, support of the departments in the follow-up management and contract escalations
Establishment and maintenance of a network of suitable subcontractors and suppliers, including from international procurement markets
Competence analysis and identification of strengths and weaknesses of companies

Business administration, commercial or technical vocational training, also civil engineer
As many years of practical experience as possible in the purchase of building materials and subcontracting services
Safe handling of contract law / VOB desired
Strong service orientation and communication skills
Very good English and German both spoken and written
