Package Manager (Modular) is required for a high-profile construction / infrastructure scheme.

Either permanent on temp basis.

Please note when applying for this role, candidates must have a modular build background. Candidates that haven't worked on modular build schemes will not be considered for this position.

Role Brief:

- Develops and recommends the construction engineering organization for approval by the Site Manager (or appropriate level of Project Management) and prepares employee requisitions.

- Coordinates with engineering on constructability and design issues. Establishes a Design/Field Engineering working relationship and lines of communication with the Project Engineer including agreement on engineering deliverables. Responsible for quantity take-off, control, reporting and forecasting.

- Coordinates multi discipline contractors in the engineering, construction and handover of modules to allow for safe transportation of the building to its final location.

- Coordinates and monitors the interfacing between the construction automation plan and the project controls program at the jobsite.
