Power Plant Maintenance Manager : Saudi Arabia

Talascend is currently seeking a Power Plant Maintenance Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Saudi Arabia.
About My Client:
One of the largest Power & Desalination plants in Saudi Arabia
Duties / Responsibilities:
Identifying best practices and ensuring continuous improvement in the O&M activities, developing maintenance practices and leading and participating in required returns in plants.
Responsible for the efficient and reliable maintenance of the plant ensuring all safety regulation, maintenance procedures and company polices are followed.
Personal Attributes / Position Skills:

• A Degree in Engineering. Additionally, an MBA is highly preferable
• The candidate should be a Saudi national based in Saudi Arabia.
• Should have minimum of 15 years of experience in Power plant maintenance,
• Must be in managerial role for last 3 years.
• Familiar with power plant safety and maintenance quality procedure.
