Due to an increase in workload our clients Buildings team covering Anglia & East Midlands currently require an M&E Asset Engineer who will help fulfil route specific Buildings asset management requirements
Job Role will involve the following tasks:
- Building Services Asset Management/Engineering (Maintenance)
- Review Assurance Process and Internal Procedures - Current/Future State of Statutory Compliance (Electrical, Gas, Fire, L8, Em Lighting)
- EICR, Fire and Legionella Risk Assessment Review and Action Remedial Works
- Support Deliverers to ensure PPM on Assets is maintained to SFG20
- Support Deliverers with technical support regarding reactive maintenance and asset failure (i.e. Boilers, Air Conditioning etc.)
- Support Deliverers who maintain Mechanical and Electrical Assets to build a strategic renewal plan (Automatic Doors, Fire Alarms, Boilers, Chillers, Luminaires, Lighting Columns etc.
- Support Deliverers who maintain A/C units within equipment rooms to build a strategic renewal plan
- Review Asset Condition Survey's and action intervention where required
- Support Train Operating Companies (TOCs) with Station Enhancements and Engineering Assurance Required (Landlord Consent i.e. WC, Waiting Rooms and Welfare Refurbishments)
- Building Services Asset Management/Engineering (Renewals & Enhancements)
- Engineering Assurance Verification (GRIP - Develop, Design, Deliver, Close)
- Develop Work Scope and produce Remit
- Support and review Approval in Principle & Detailed Designs
- Support with Project Hand backs
- Building Services Asset Management/Engineering (Depot Plant)
- Support TOCs who maintain the Depot Plant Assets to build a strategic renewal plan (Jacks, Carriage Wash, CET, Ventilation, Shore Supplies, Cranes etc.)
- Lift & Escalator Performance
- Support Deliverers who maintain the Lift Assets to build a strategic renewal plan (Midlife Intervention and Whole Life Cycle Renewal)
- Review LOLER Inspection Reports and action intervention where required
- Reactive Faults - Root Cause Analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement
