As a Senior Planner at HS2 you will oversee and develop a detailed schedule for Land and Property, including interfacing with Construction teams to ensure integration of plans and consistency with programme requirements.

Role Brief:

• Create, maintain and review Land and Property schedules and plans that align to the overall requirements of HS2 plans
• Liaise with key stakeholders to discuss the status of tasks and milestones in order to maintain the currency and accuracy of Land and Property plans, in particular with the Programme Management function in Land and Property
• Liaise with Planners from Phase One Construction and Phase Two Development teams; identifying emerging issues and ensuring Land and Property maintain visibility and focus on the HS2 Critical Path
• Provide inputs to, and support for, Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis
• Develop and manage links between schedule and the Property Cost Estimate, supporting the phasing of Land and Property's spend profile

Experience & Skills:

• Experience of delivering accurate project plans and integration of plans from multiple projects and work streams
• Knowledge of planning tools and techniques
• Knowledge of software packages used to manage and analyse schedules
• Knowledge of project and programme management
