Our client is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Contract Duration until end of May 2020 unless extended otherwise by the instructions from Crossrail.
The scope of the role will be as per below however, not limited to.
- Analysis of PMIs for PM's assessment of entitlement and liaison with PM's commercial team
- Preparation and submission of [N]CE Quotations
- Change Management - assessment, negotiation and agreement with the Client
- Assessment and agreement of resources according to PMI scope
- Budget Preparations and associated administration
- Supplier Liaison
- Subcontract management
- Audits with clients
- Sub contract account cost reviews
- Early warning notices (NEC 3 contracts exp)
- Main contract Option C Target cost/with suppliers NEC Option C and Option A
