Renewals & Enhancement Engineer (Buildings): London

Due to an increase in workload our clients Buildings team covering Anglia & East Midlands currently require a Renewals & Enhancement Engineer who will assist the Senior Engineer to manage the Buildings work bank

• Updating the document to reflect change controls
• Development of a CP7 work bank
• Review and sign off of design documents for renewals projects
• Review of requirements documents for other disciplines
• Production of buildings RRD/remits for renewals works
• Analysis of asset management data
• Tracking and reporting of headwinds, efficiencies, tailwinds and inefficiencies (HETI)
• Representing the Buildings team at project meetings
• Representing the Buildings team at route finance/HETI/Cost & Volume reviews
• Representing the buildings team at deliverers reviews
• Acting as sponsor for renewals CAPEX projects including drafting of authority papers to be presented at regional investment panel
• Provide technical advice to Network Rail colleagues on Buildings technical issues
