What You’ll Do as a Construction Manager:

• Lead and inspire site construction teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to specification.

• Manage supplier performance across Safety, Time, and Quality, ensuring compliance and excellence.

• Take the lead in Constructability Reviews, Project Rehearsals, and Fit-for-Assembly sign-offs to drive innovation.

• Champion sustainability initiatives, aiming for zero waste and reduced embodied carbon.

• Ensure contractual and commercial notices are raised promptly to keep projects on track.

• Plan resources effectively – labour, plant, and materials.

• Foster a safe and empowered team environment where Health & Safety comes first.

About You – The Ideal Construction Manager:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a construction-related discipline.

• Temporary Works Experience/Qualification and proven project management experience.

• Extensive experience in delivering large-scale water or construction programmes.

• Knowledge of CDM regulations and construction Health & Safety practices.

• Strong communicator with the ability to work closely with clients, end-users, and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Delivery-driven, commercially astute, and able to motivate your team to meet ambitious targets.
